Group Class Training

Put Yourself Together

By combining equipment and Pilates techniques, this class will provide full body training and strengthening.

 

Leg Day

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

 

Stability Traning

Build those stabilizer muscles! These are the foundation that help keep you upright and free from injury.

Core Strengthening

Let’s focus on that core! Activate your abdominals to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who seek targeted exercises in addition to their “Put Yourself Together” training.

 

Upper-body Strengthening

Part of our ‘targeted’ training classes, the Upper-body strengthening combines free weights, cable column machines and functional training techniques to build up those essential muscles.

 

Functional Training

Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! Functional training exercises mimic daily life movements to prepare and help with athletic performance, injury prevention and other everyday fitness tasks.
